16 oz Extra Firm Tofu
10 Oz. drained spinach
3/4 C. nut milk or non-dairy milk I like cashew/macaroon
½ teaspoon lactic acid (or 2 tsp. lemon juice)
½ tsp. granulated garlic
1½ tsp. salt (Kosher measurements)
½ tsp. fake parmesean smell
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast flakes
1½ tablespoon miso paste
A nice substitute for dairy ricotta cheese, vegan.
Combine all ingredients in a food processor until well combined but not too fine. Let set overnight in fridge, use as necessary or freeze.
You don’t need to spinach but its nice if you are making lasagna whatnot.
